I'm a beginner. Is this for me? +
Yes. The plans adapt to your current level and progress with you, week by week. You don't need previous HYROX or running experience to start.
How do I get the training? +
All training is delivered in the Fitr app, with videos and instructions. You subscribe to a program and get instant access on your phone.
What's the difference between the programs? +
There are plans focused on HYROX (Single and Doubles), Running, Strength, and individual 1-on-1 coaching. If you're unsure which to pick, message me before subscribing.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Your subscription is managed in the app and you can cancel anytime, no strings attached.
